With extensive experience across the defence sector, Tom was appointed as the inaugural Chief Financial Officer of H&B Defence in 2024.

Prior to this, Tom served over ten years with Babcock Australasia, most recently as Head of Finance – Australasia, where he executed the delivery of regional financial performance, financial planning and delivery of new business growth. This included the establishment of all Babcock defence contracts and acquisition of Naval Ship Management Pty Ltd in 2022.

His career began at KPMG in Transaction Services, with a focus on buy-side due diligence, while also holding the role of Investment Manager in the establishment of a new private equity backed venture prior to joining Babcock.

Tom is a member a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and has a degree/qualification in Commerce from the University of South Australia.
